We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In the original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Locate your order number from your confirmation email.

2. Visit our Returns Portal to submit your request.

3. Print your return shipping label.

Refunds & Processing

• Return Shipping: A flat fee of $5.99 is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, unless the item arrived defective.

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your items, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
